Conveniently located near the main square and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished with historical charm. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection.

Breakfast with fruit and pastry. Location: the hotel was right by train station and historic centre and the nearby Duomo. A spandrel segmental arch bridge was also close to the property.

It was welcome base for traveling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. The rooms with big bathroom and comfy bed, as for instance. A lot of food options near the venue.

The hotel was right in the historical center of the city, so I was able to easily walk to all the main attractions within 5 minutes. the hotel was located close to the central station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, right between the train station and the Duomo. It was so convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including free wifi. I especially loved the private terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. And the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.

One minor improvement could be made regarding the room numbering system.

We were amazed by the elegant historic building of the hotel and its old castle design. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the main sightseeings. The room we stayed in had an original fresco on the ceiling from the 16th century, making us feel like we were sleeping in an art museum. The bathroom was updated and the best we had on our trip. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was polite. we highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and unique features.
